Cincinnati Tradition
Cincinnati Tradition was formed in 1984 out of the Silver Spectrum drum line. The group acquired its first set of instruments from the recently folded Pride of Cincinnati Drum and Bugle Corps and eagerly took to the streets of its local community for parade performances through the late ’80s. After a two-year hiatus in 1995 and 1996, the Tradition reformed in 1999. The group competed for the very first time at the Drum Corps Associates World Championships in 2010 and won the organization’s Class A title in 2016 and 2017.
